RGIII has knee reconstruction. Adrian Peterson came back after months and had his best year. Other players come back better than ever (pitchers after Tommy John surgery). Low recovery times seems due to improved surgery techniques. But also improved rehab. And improved rehab cd explain coming back better.
Bc rehab techniques are good for all athletes, but they skimp on them in the weight room, preferring bench press and squats. If AP had done more "rehab" techniques before injury, might not have gotten it, or more importantly, might have been even better RB all along. No one goes to weight room and spends half the time on mobility, unusual body positions, and squeezing minor buried auxiliary muscles. Maybe they shd.
That's what I've been doing more, with my new fitness program spreadsheet.
Side note: if AP has pins in his knee, and he performs better, do knee pins help everyone? If so, it's an unfair advantage.
